The Logo Design

The Soulmoon logo design was created by me on photoshop.

To begin with i stole some of the elements from an e.p. cover design that i had made for someone a long time ago. It was never used as the band went their separate ways. I used various photographs that i had taken of nature to make it after i had messed around with them for ages too.

For the Soulmoon logo i wanted to keep it as close to 3 colours as possible so that it wasn’t messy. I also added in a picture i had made with lots of duplicates of a skull. I added a spider and that i had taken a picture of at a bus stop after work one day. I just used it’s silhouette as i think they are beautiful against a colourful background. The beetle is also a silhouette and is also taken from a photograph that i had taken. The only part of the logo that i didn’t create myself is the font and the pentagrams. Only because i think it’s the perfect font that suits the whole spooky vibe i was going for.
